IT infrastructure Supervisor
The role provides support to leader for the administration of infrastructure. Coordinate IT resources (Local & Global) to resolve user daily issue or request.
Support to IT infra projects with his professional input and hands on skill.
Furthermore, the role is capable to individually engage with local business team and home office IT team, as secondary/backup IT contact point from for all IT infra topics.
Role Objectives:
? Mange and Ensure local infrastructure & application platform are running stable and secured.
? Work with leader for the execution of local and global IT infra project.
? As the escalation point, work with IT members for quick issue resolution,
? IT documentation management and IT knowledge sharing within the company.
Basic Qualifications
? Minimum 5-7 years’ experience as IT Supervisor/Manager or similar role in foreign company
? University bachelor degree in IT related major is preferred
? Good Verbal and written communications in English is must
? Good Knowledge on MNC enterprise IT infrastructure architecture & process & tools
? Familiar enterprise network device(Huawei, Cisco, Extreme) , TCP/IP network hands on experience
? Nice Knowledge and administrative experience on MS Windows Server, MS O365
?Any certificate like ITIL ,CCNA/CCNP or PMP is plus

同时此职位能够独立和业务及总部IT部门对接，作为所有IT Infra相关话题的第二或者备选联系人。
岗位目标：
? 确保IT基础设施及各业务系统平台稳定安全的运行.
? 和领导一起支持总部及本地的IT infra项目顺利执行.
? 作为升级联系人，和IT团队一起快速解决用户问题
? IT 文档管理，在公司内部分享IT知识.
基本要求：
? 至少 5至7 年跨国外企IT主管/经理，或者类似工作经验
? 期望是IT相关专业本科学历
? 英语口语和书面必须熟练
? 对跨国外企的IT基础构架及IT流程，IT工具有很好的了解和认知
? 熟悉企业级网络设备(例如华为，思科，极进)，TCP/IP网络配置经验
? 有比较丰富的知识和管理经验，针对微软Windows Server，微软O365 等
? 有ITIL ,CCNA/CCNP或 PMP某种证书均可加分
