You’ll be responsible to design and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers and consumers. You’ll being fully responsible for developing and implementing the trade marketing strategy for our whisky brands (blended + malts) across retail channels (On and Off Trade), mainly focus in liquor store and whisky bar channel national wide. RESPONSIBILITIES - Cooperating closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and external agencies. Assist National Customer Marketing manager to create and implement trade marketing strategy for whisky brands, based on local strategies & global positioning frameworks across all sales channels, key focus on liquor store and whisky bar channel. - Assisting National Customer Marketing manager to plan and manage Whisky budget, ensuring trade activity and investment plan is fully aligned with company channel strategy. As well as evaluating the effectiveness of all trade marketing activities. - Initiating and leading Whisky annual promotion calendar, and manage all activations and projects landing into channel especially in liquor store and whisky bar. Strong and solid execution ability and drive things happen mindset. - Delivering clear priorities and KPIs based on global standards, internal/external customer expectations and market trends. - Developing action plans for key focus channels and improving standards at POS. Developing POS materials & creating clear and simple rules for their implementation. - Pro-actively identifying new opportunities for whisky brands development based on consumer, shopper, and market insights. - Effectively and professionally communicating activation plans and tools to Sales Department and external customers. Participating in negotiations with key clients relating to the support we can provide. Strong communication still and commercial knowledge is a must. SKILLS - 6+ years of marketing experience in progressive roles within Trade Marketing, Marketing and Commercial. 2+ years of successful people management. - Passionate and familiar with liquor store and whisky bar channel business model and eco system. - Ability to prepare meaningful presentations and convince stakeholders. - Cross Cultural Communication skills for working with regional and national Bacardi stakeholders. Fluent Mandarin and English (Spoken and Written). - Experience in budget management. Experience in the alcohol category, luxury brands or FMCG. - Experience in cross functional/cross market projects dedicated to brand growth/Trade Marketing tools development.
