Job Title: Assistant Boutique Manager 莱珀妮之家精品店助理经理 Reporting to: Boutique Manager Direct Reports and Staff: 2 Beauty Advisors
Role Purpose ? To be a brand ambassador at global *** brand residence and assist LP house boutique manager to provide unparalleled services to discerning clients.
Main Accountabilities
Maximize Sales Revenue ? Work with Boutique Manager closely to achieve business objectives on revenue, cost saving and other Retail KPI targets and customer service standards ? Support Boutique Manager to identify and develop process and to enhance team’s selling technique, product knowledge and sales acumen ? Ensure the sales execution in company SOP process ? Negotiate with department stores and ensure the smooth operation of the marketing activities ? Discover the business opportunities and advise to Boutique Manager according to the data result and observation ? Maintain the healthy cooperation relationship with dept. stores and maintain the La Prairie brand image
Client Experience & CRM ? Work with Boutique Manager to manage VIP events from planning to execution and follow up with post-event feedback ? Work with Boutique Manager of the event execution and give bilingual house tour, presentation or speech if necessary ? Ensure the BA & AOB team to perform excellent customer services. Build good relationships with VIPs and handle enquiries and complaints as they arise ? Co-work and communicate with various stakeholders on PR/CRM events as well as internal events like work conferences and training seminars that take place in the house when Boutique Manager not around ? Look for opportunities to achieve new client recruitment or client retention target to drive business sales
Operation ? Handle operational tasks and follow up with different parties and vendors: cleaning services, pest control, security system, renovation touch-ups, electronic appliances maintenance, IT equipment updates ? Work with Training team on staff coaching and uniform distribution ? Handle administrative tasks such as boutique roster arrangements, stock take, petty cash flow, facial booking calendar, billing & invoices, etc. ? Regular update the frontline staff on the latest promotions, company policies, and event arrangements and make sure the team is well informed ? Source and order F&B items and facial materials for the house ? Work with VM closely on product display, art piece installation, hardware & furniture maintenance etc.
Qualification ? Minimum of 5 years of related experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory level. ? Relevant experience in luxury sector including luxury, affordable luxury, cosmetics and so on. ? Bachelor’s degree or above ? Strong people management and operation management skills ? Good communication and collaboration skills, analytical, result driven and able to work under pressure ? Fluent both in English and Mandarin ? Energetic, pleasant, and outgoing personality ? Good command of computer skills for MS ? Self and team motivated; result driven with passion to reach success ? Independent, with entrepreneurship, and the flexibility to adjust to changing requirements
