Job Description:
1. New supplier evaluation, regular requalification, conduct Audit IATF16949, VDA6.3 Audits, including EHS
2. Develop the supplier process and production management to ensure matching with automotive standards a continuous improvement on quality cost, delivery and new product launch
3. Responsible for providing engineering support for all applicable areas of the Quality Assurance especially on incoming inspection (location and trading parts)
4. Supplier change management with all related actons follow up
5. Quick response to urgent issues, PDCA
6. Follow supplier quality performance (scorecard) and coordinate the action plans, In case of poor performance (Top Worst Supplier). Follow those action plans.
7. Owns supplier quality data metrics collection & reporting
8. Responsible for supplier quality problem solving, evaluation of supplier 8D report and follow up effectiveness of corrective actions
9. Support QE with PPAP procedure (create IMDS, sign supplier PSW)
10. Other tasks from quality manager

Job requirements:
Education & experience
1. College or above mechanical /electrical education background;
2. At least 3 years experience in SQA, automotive industry related is a must.
3. Automotive industry, metal and electronic parts, assembly process experience;
4. Supplier management;
5. Good understanding of auditing techniques;
6. Be able to use the quality tools to do analysis for quality issue(8D, SPC, 5W, minitab);

Key knowledge and skills:
1. Have the knowledge for IATF16949 quality system and five manuals (APQP, PPAP，FMEA, SPC, MSA) for automotive industry;
2. Have the knowledge of EHS;
3. Communication skill is a must (Chinese ,be good at English both written and oral), loyalty and honesty;
4. Strong understanding of the role of SQA;
5. Be available to travel frequently.
