Main tasks & key responsibilities: 1. Ensure the operational deployment of SP strategic initiatives, following the guidelines of the Regional Sales Director in the assigned area 2. Relate to coordinate with and manage key stakeholders in order to ensure and strengthen local partnerships 3. Support the Regional Sales Director in conducting Market Research to represent Cavotec and establish new/additional products/service offerings 4. Develop a business plan covering sales and revenues for the assigned area; assist in the development of the annual marketing plan 5. Identify new opportunities and promote the system selling of division’s products 6. Forecast sales for each product within the assigned area 7. Identify the major existing and new potential customers and markets and act as a company ambassador 8. Negotiate business opportunities and contracts with clients 9. Monitor progress ensuring on-time delivery of larger projects 10. Identify and manage the Channel Sales Partners
Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree with Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background 2. Willing to be sales in Ports & Maritime market 3. Interpersonal skills, Proactivity, Teamwork 4. Willingness to learn 5. Good communicator, fluency in English (both spoken and written)
