Responsibilities 岗位职责: 1. Responsible of new account development and/or expanding existing account in assigned market. 负责新客户的开发,及扩展现有客户的更多合作机会。 2. Executing sales/marketing strategy, achieve assigned sales target. 执行相应的销售/市场策略,完成相应的销售目标。 3. Collect market information and identify new opportunities from customers to maximize and enhance growth. 收集市场信息,发现新的市场机会。 4. Manage day-to-day relationships with strategic customers and develop a deep understanding of their organization, technical requirement, and long-term business strategies. 通过客户关系的日常建立与维护,进一步了解客户的需求及发展长期战略合作关系。 5. Coordinate between company and customers, provide the best product/service to customer. 通过协调内外部资源,为客户提供极好的客户体验。 6. Forecast/analysis market situations, drive defense/penetration strategies, and present to superior. 针对市场状态进行预测分析,为公司制定策略提供有价值的信息。
Requirement 任职要求: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Semiconductor, Physics, EE is preferred. 2 years work experience in sales/mkt/csr related field preferred. 本科及以上学历,半导体,物理,电子工程相关专业优先考虑。2年销售/市场/客服经验优先考虑。 2. Good written and spoken skills in English 良好的语言能力,能够用流利的英语表达和写作。 3. Good communication with strong presentation skills 优秀的人际沟通能力,及较强的现场表达能力 4. Good problem solving with strong analytical skills 优秀的分析问题及解决问题的能力。 5. Good selling skills with strong price negotiation skills 优秀的销售技巧,及较强的价格谈判能力。 6. Good teamwork ability with open mind 拥有开放的心态,良好的团队合作精神。 7. Strong PC skills, especially PPT & Excel Macro function and Statistical skills, etc. 熟练运用电脑,特别是常用办公软件的PPT及Excel的各项宏命令、分析图表,等。 8. Able to adapt to frequent business travels 能适应经常性的工作出差。
