Functional Area: 1. Understand Division business development strategy for the focused customer segments, explore customer demand of target market 2. Responsible for analysis and investigation of competitors sales strategy, product positioning & roadmap 3. Drive local for local product development strategy, simultaneously work with divisions and sales team to deliver the product successfully to the market 4. Responsible for the development and management of assigned product portfolios, as well as supplier sourcing 5. Price negotiation with suppliers 6. Prepare sufficient training documents and catalogs for training purpose - this is not KPI, more like activities 7. Deliver effective new product trainings for sales team and divisions 8. Support and maintain the internal product management system, as well as product label, package, presenting.
Requirements: 1. Market and sales-oriented mindset, strong capabilities to define product strategy and implementation 2. Experiences with product development, management and promotion of industrial cleaners, adhesive, lubricants or polymer materials background 3. Above 3 years product development, management and market development experience 4. Very strong team coordination ability and project-driving ability, including set up business planning 5. Good written and spoken English skills 6. Excellent Microsoft skills, e.g. EXCEL, PPT 7. Willingness to travel
