Essential Duties:
1，Responsible for QC forecasting, scheduling and staff planning.
Handling of requests for inspection from vendors, purchasing departments or other cross-functional departments.
2，Schedule reasonable and effective QC’s travel plan based on production location/ shipments status.
3，Coordination internally with purchasing department on all kinds of inspections.
4，Coordination with suppliers/ factories on all kinds of inspections.
5，Provide scheduling data analysis and improvement plans.
6，Check and verify QC reports based on standards/ requirements.
7，Dealing with SAP system and coordination with inspection team in HQ.
8，Assist manager with QC reports analysis and improvement plans.
9，Assist manager with QA testing reports CAP and improvements plans.
10，Assist manager with project / plan improvements and cost savings.
11，Regularly gather feedback from suppliers.
12，Other assignments QC&QA relevant.
Qualification:
1，More than 3 years relevant QC&QA knowledge in hardline/ Softline area.
2，A sound knowledge and understanding of the production and merchandising / Textile and Hardgoods field.
3，Background with supplier chain would be preferred.
4，Strong communication skills internal and external.
5，Positive and proactive, good team player
6，Excellent written and verbal English skills.
