1、Giving technical support to assure the production line can run fluently.
为保证生产顺利进行提供各种技术支持

2、Technician is responsible for the checking、maintenance of machine. Regularly check the running state and security device of machine, then find out the hidden danger and solve in time.
Technician should respond to the maintenance requirement and timely solve the equipment failure, carry out corresponding maintenance plan and make sure the good situation of equipment in process. Report when abnormal occurred.
生产设施、设备的检查、维修、保养，定时检查设备的完好率、运行状况及安全装置，及时发现隐患并排除。快速响应设备维修需求，及时有效地解决设备故障。执行相应设备维修计划保证设备在生产运行处于良好工作状态。对设备出现的异常情况及时上报。

3、Finish the installment、adjustment of new machine, and make sure the new machine can put into use eventually.
对新引进的设备，完成设备的安装、调试，保证设施、设备最终投入使用。

4、Join in the non - conforming parts review and customer complaints resolving, supply the technical analysis and corrective actions.
参与不合格品的评审和客户抱怨的处理，提供技术分析和后续整改方案；

5、Check and improve the process parameters valid or not; be responsible for workshop CIP.
检查和改进生产工艺参数的有效性和进行现场工艺改善

6、Give operators technical training.
为员工提供技术培训；

7、Always do 5S, strictly follow the company management rules; Assist shift leader to do regular maintenance work; To handling other assignment which is given by shift leader or engineer.
随时做好5S，严格遵守公司管理要求，配合组长做好维修工作，完成组长或工程师交办的其他事务。
