Experience: As a Project Supervisor your focus will be to control and manage the schedule of project with right quality is shipped to our customers on time. Your knowledge of project management and control, quality, packaging, Compliance, and test will enable you to support projects successful.
You will be a part of our China team and the link between our headquarter in Denmark and our Shanghai office.
Your main tasks include: · Be able to handle project individually · Train suppliers to get good understanding of both Trade point and customer requirements · Control and Manage project development and schedule to get qualified products on time · Work closely with other department in Shanghai and Denmark office to achieve the mutual goal · Monitor order inspection process and logistic issue · Suppliers’ production capacity evaluating · Project-based assignment, for key clients. · Assisting in sample handling · Additional duties as assigned
Education: · College degree or above – Preferably Project Management, Business, or Purchasing or Engineering Experience: As a Project Supervisor your focus will be to control and manage the schedule of project with right quality is shipped to our customers on time. Your knowledge of project management and control, quality, packaging, Compliance, and test will enable you to support projects successful.
Detail oriented and analytical profile. You have a minimum of 3 years working experience as Project Supervisor or Merchandiser with Furniture &Homeware or similar experience from production. Work experience for a major international company an advantage. Working experience with JYSK is preferred.
For the position we furthermore expect you to: · Sourcing or Procurement or merchandising or international trading experience required (Minimum 3 years) · Supplier evaluation in terms of production capacity, delivery, and communication performance. · Knowledge for the whole supply chain, strong business sense and customer-oriented mind set · Good understanding of European, Australian and US furniture markets · Have a great technical understanding and strong knowledge of production and quality requirements · Have good communication skills and able to turn complexity into simplicity. · Be capable of problem solving with suppliers and colleagues in Trade Point Shanghai and Trade Point Denmark. · Willing to travel when needed. · Familiar with Office software. · Responsible, Quick mind, Pro-active, Organized, Careful.
