Qualification Requirements ? 5+ years professional experience in technical / industrial sales with proven track record ? Experience in Material processing, plastics processing, like injection, thermoforming, bloom plastic…, or composite material, like SMC, GMT…, or engineering plastics, or mold manufacturers ? BD experience in Commercial vehicles, Sanitary, Auto parts… ? Very good technical understanding ? Effective communicator, speaks clearly and to the point ? Bachelor university degree – major in Material Science, Polymer preferred ? Self-starter with a very high level of drive and motivation ? High flexibility and willingness to travel ? English: writing and reading
Job Description & Responsibilities ? Maintain and further develop Key Account customer base assigned to him / her, including frequent visits, accompany projects, knowing all functions in customer’s organization, etc. ? Learn about how exactly each customer works and how we can help them best => Create value for customers ? Be responsible for the business in assigned area: Part of Jiangsu province, Anhui, Henan, Shandong province. ? Acquire new customers and seek out new business opportunities in close cooperation with our Business Development Director ? Develop and manage sales new projects involving direct customers, OEMs, as well as other suppliers to the same customer project (reinforcement systems, glues, fixing systems, etc.). ? Introduce products, give technical advice, present offers and negotiate conditions, coordinate handling of claims in close cooperation with the plant. ? Build up long lasting customer relationships ? Active, frequent exchange with direct colleagues and plant team incl. regular summary and report on sales activities to management ? Represent the company in trade fairs, conferences and Tech-Days. Be part of the exhibition booth and the preparation team ? Maintain professional and technical knowledge, e.g. by attending educational workshops; reading professional publications; exchange in personal networks; participating in industry organizations and internal product trainings ? Others as assigned by management
