Responsibility:
1. Identify strategy within related categories by working with marketing and R&D, and implement according to the action plan/roadmap.
2. Follow the strategy implementation by monthly reporting and forecasting
3. Strengthen company's position at customers in China for existing and new products.
4. Acquire and manage the potential accounts for opportunity funnel development and revenue generation
5. Act as project leader for new product development by working together with marketing, R&D, supply chain, QA,production, finance and so on
6. Co-ordinate all necessary regional/global resources to ensure our supply and business development at customers.
7. Additional related work assigned by company

Requirement:
1. Bachelor and above degree in related majors
2. 5-10 years in related industries (flavor) with BD success experience
And/or KA experience with winning customers record
3. Fluent English, Computer Skills (Microsoft)
4. Drive license is preferred
