某知名全球***的集装箱租赁公司,拥有约120亿美元的资产,年收入超过15亿美元,在16个国家的20个办事处开展业务,并通过遍布46个国家的约400个第三方运营的仓库设施网络为客户提供服务。 ?上海办公室base静安寺,团队10人。该职位 税前12000左右 13薪 候选人要求: 1.船运公司货代经验的优先考虑 2.工作2年以内,全日制本科 3.EXCEL的函数和数据透视表必须精通 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ?Issue/manage Sales invoice/bookings to customers. ?Coordinate with the depots to ensure smooth release of containers. ?Handle customer’s inquiries and complaints. ?Monitor sale invoice/releases for gate activity and follow up to complete. ?Follow-up with 3rd party gate buys receiving and update system with corresponding releases to capture units; issue these invoices as directed by regional manager. ?Check payment and co-ordinate with AR for cash application ?Liaison with vendors for appointment of survey and arrangement of transportation of containers to cope with customer’s requirements. ?Other responsibilities and projects which may arise. REQUIREMENTS: KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: ?0-2 years of experience as a customer service experience or collections assistant, preferably in the container leasing, shipping, or logistics industries. ?Bachelors or Associates degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred ?Knowledge of accounting and credit/collections process preferred
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: ?Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, high-energy level and positive attitude ?Ability to work under pressure and with time constraints. ?Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to completion. ?Ability to communicate in English in both verbal and written. ?Ability to build and maintain good customer and vendor relations. ?Proficient in Microsoft Office and specifically basic Excel skills required ?Willing to work overtime.
