Main Job Responsibility: ? 主导并执行年度商业计划,确保完成销售指标。 ? 与品牌公司沟通市场与投资计划,在商业计划上达成共识。 ? 以销售为导向管理与优化产品线内的SKU,各个品牌主要卖点整理,整理并分析市场上主要竞品的竞争调研(价格与市场份额分析); ? 赋能销售团队,1)提供常规产品培训 2)线下市场活动支持(产品专员支持)。 ? 转化品牌与产品卖点成为消费者洞察导向的内容,并在预算内执行线上活动,提高产品或品牌的线上提及率转化率和美誉度,进一步促进D2C渠道的发展。 ? 线下(酒店餐饮与零售渠道)市场活动(商超试吃,活动赞助与美食活动)的执行。 ? Initiate and execute yearly business plan with ROI. ? Negotiate with brand owner with agreed business plan for investment and marketing plan. ? Optimize the sales through SKU management, brand key selling points summarize, market competitor analyzes (pricing and MS). ? Empower sales team through 1) routine product training 2) offline trade activations (supported by product specialist) ? Interpret brand message to the content appealing to consumer and amplify in different social platforms within the budget. Improve the product/brand impression and reputation, as well as CTR/CVR. Improve the development of D2C channel. ? Offline channel (Horeca and Retail) trade activation(event/sampling/tasting) support. Required Quality & Skills 要求 1. 3-5年品牌管理经验(非品牌建设,而是生意导向的品牌管理),有进口食品销售背景的候选人优先。 3-5 years of brand management experience (not in brand building, but in sales driven brand management), candidates with a background in imported food industry are preferred. 2.具有独立思考和工作能力, 注重细节和数据敏感 Capable to work Independently, good analytic skills and pay attention to details. 3.良好excel/word/ppt技巧 Skilled in excel/word/PPT 4.与内部团队和外部市场,具备多种文化的沟通能力, 爱好美食并理解当下流行的生活方式。 Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, understand culture difference, understand and appreciate gastronomy and premium lifestyle trend. 5. 英 语 流 利 ( 书 面 及 口 语 ) 有 法 语 能 力 优 先,有国外留学经验优先 Strong in English (written and spoken), basic skill in French language and oversea study experience is preferred. 6..性 格 开 朗、善 于 沟 通, 有 很 强 责 任 心 Open minded and good at people skills.
