Responsibilities:
To manage New development projects and Engineering Change projects for the Group. In this role, the missions would consist in:
- Support managing the entire scope of the projects, usually from Feasibility Stage onward till product launch.
- Well control the whole project timeline and organize the cross-functional department meeting for solving the project bottleneck.
- Foresee the project risk and critical paths, providing reasonable scheduling.
- Support to coordinate the whole project team including a wide and complex array of disciplines: Marketing, Finance, R&D, IP, Quality, Regulatory, Production, IT, Supply Chain, Accounting, Purchasing, etc.
- Maintenance of the project design history file according to ISO13485 and internal GOP.
- Maintenance of the R&D patent cost, project cost and timesheet.
- Proactive, curious and willing to adopt a 360 strategic view of project management: from technical & operations topics to business, marketing and regulatory aspects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English.
Experience and Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; Mechanical major is preferred.
2. More than 5 years' experience of project management in software/internet/information and technology is required.
3. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
4. Logical thinking, good at using communication skills and abilities to facilitate agreement between stakeholders.
5. Keep curious and passion on project management.
6. Excellent operation on Microsoft office.
