Job Responsibilities 工作职责: 1. Develop and implement regional sourcing strategy; 2. Manage supplier base through annual cost negotiation, new product development and project migration; 3. Collaborate with corresponding departments (PM , R&D, SQE) and counterparts in continuous improvement programs & efficiency enhancement projects in sourcing; 4. Prepare negotiation plans periodically for cost reduction, conduct cost analysis for mapping correct sourcing & resources optimization; 5. Support New Product Development (NPD) team for quotation process to identify best sourcing mix; 6. Work closely with departments on strategic sourcing; prepare better projection for forthcoming business & production demand; 7. Develop new resource, improve supplier delivery & quality with other relevant team; 8. Work with supplier to improve productivity to align with strategic approaches; 9. Establish strong relationship with R&D to drive value engineering initiatives; 10. Provide timely procurement performance KPI reports to management; 11. Coordinate with supporting functions to resolve administrative/logistics/quality issues.
Position Qualifications 任职要求: 1. Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Engineering/Mechanical or related discipline; 2. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in procurement or engineering area; 3. Solid business experience with molding, tooling and plating sourcing; 4. With experience in high volume procurement and manufacturing environments in multinational companies; 5. Good interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to influence the project team; 6. Results-oriented and process-driven, with exposure in driving operation excellence tools; 7. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
