Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world. 职责: Take responsibilities of process equipment (including powder transfer, compounding, autoclave, filling line and packaging line etc.) to ensure them running smoothly and continuously. 承担生产工艺设备(包括粉料传输系统,药业配制系统,灭菌柜,灌装线和包装线等)的维护职责,确保生产设备的稳定及持续运行。 Take responsibilities of utility/facility (including power distribution, HVAC, chiller, air compressor, water treatment etc.) to ensure them running smoothly and continuously. 承担动力设施(包括配电系统,暖通系统,制冷机,空压机,水处理等)的维护职责,确保生产设备的稳定及持续运行。 Improve routine preventive maintenance plans and implement improvement projects to continuously increase reliability and performance of equipment. 通过改进设备的预防性维护计划及执行改进项目持续提高设备运行性能及可靠性。 Optimize spare part stock and plan to ensure a safety stock under a reasonable cost management. 优化备件库存及计划,确保合理的库存及成本管理。 QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 资质/经验要求: Full-time university diploma and major in electrical or mechanical is preferred. 全日制本科毕业,电气及机械专业优先考虑。 More than 3 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical/food/chemical industry. 三年以上制药/食品/化工行业的相关工作经验。 Good writing and oral English skills are required. 良好的英语书写及口语能力。 Good communication skills and basic leadership capability. 良好的沟通协调能力及一定的领导力。 Inclusion and Diversity GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
