Qualification :
1. 15 years experience at least in vary kinds of fabric construction ( greige goods and finished piece )
2. Familiar with woven / knit weaving , fabrication, dyeing and printing, etc.
3. Can working with team to analyze construction, chemical treatments , color management, etc.
4. Strong communication skill with factories
5. Work hard and team spirited are a must
6. Capable of frequent travel to factories through China.
7. Quick leaner. College degree or above , preferably major textile or related field
8. Proficiency in English and good computer skill is preferred.

Responsibility:
1. Work closely with Merchandisers and factories on quality issue and develop new samples
2. Create fabric QC checklist on critical areas.
3. Salary negotiable
