Active in nearly 70 countries internationally through a large network of distributors, we also have sales offices in China (since 2011), Germany (since 2016) and Italy (since 2021) Our Chinese subsidiary (SCAIME Asia Pacific Ltd), based in Hong Kong, also has an office in Shanghai (Jiading district), used by our China sales team. Purpose of the mission: Our business in China is booming and we now want to review the organization of our subsidiary to accelerate the development of sales in North China. Reporting to the China Sales Manager, your missions will be as follows: Commercial: ? Market analysis and sales development for North China, live with OEM (machine manufacturer), integrator and partner network. ? Management, retention, and development of the existing customer portfolio ? Ensure the development of the turnover in the geographical area. ? Creation and maintenance of a prospecting file on the strategic clientele defined by the management. ? Visits from customers and prospects in the geographical area ? Ability to conduct product presentations/demonstrations. ? Negotiation and defense of prices and margins with customers and partners ? Assistance in the implementation of a commercial plan in the defined area aligned with Group strategy ? Design and editing of quotations ? Establish reports of customer visits and record data in a CRM Marketing: ? Participation in sales/marketing events (trade shows) Customer Technical Support: ? Participation in customer technical support with the support of the China Technical Manager Organization of the subsidiary: ? Interface between the customer and the sales administration in France or China ? Establish sales forecasts by products necessary for production planning ? Assistance in the follow-up of customer payments and reminders Profile, training and know-how: ? University degree (equivalent BAC+3 in industrial measurement or automation), ideally in a European school or university. ? Additional commercial training (sales or marketing), ? 1st successful experience in a company in the market of industrial capital goods, weighing or industrial automation, (Experience 5- 10 years) ? You are autonomous, organized and enjoy customer relations, ? You have a good ability to analyze markets and are proactive in finding solutions, ? You are attracted to the sale of products and technical solutions, ? You are mobile with travel up to 50% of your time, ? You have a personal vehicle with a valid driver's license, Languages: ? Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin), mother tongue ? Good in English (mandatory) ?
