1. Generate brochures, catalogs, and leaflets.
2. Create company advertisement material.
3. Proficient in using Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator, In Design, Adobe Creative Cloud
4. Develop visual designs for print and digital media, including logos, marketing materials, and product packaging.
5. Collaborate with partners or other departments to understand design needs, contents and project goals.
6. Create and present design concepts to clients or stakeholders.
7. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.
8. Preparing design files for production or implementation.
9. Other tasks assigned by the company.


Job Requirement

1. A bachelor's degree in design related field or proven track record / portfolio. Fresh graduate is welcomed.
2. Ability to create and manage a request schedule for the creation of graphic pieces according to the request of product managers (direct stakeholders).
3. Enough flexibility to discuss and redefine deadlines with the direct stakeholders and rearrange a schedule.
4. Good communication skills, including the ability to present design concepts to partners or stakeholders.
5. Attention to detail and a good understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
6. Creativity and the ability to generate engaging design concepts.
7. In addition to these qualifications, a graphic designer should be able to work collaboratively with other designers, developers, and partners, be comfortable working sometimes under tight deadlines, and be able to adapt to changes in project scope or design requirements. Personal interest and passion for design and a desire to stay up to date with design trends and best practices is recommended.
