工作任务 Tasks:
1. 与客户保持及时有效地沟通，处理销售端订单的系统录入, 维护客户关系，提高客户满意度；
Good and timely communication with customers, Handle sales order to invoice process in SAP system and maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction rate.
2. 需求管理:与销售，行业经理，客服紧密合作，共同建立需求预测管理流程，监控预测和需求，并且与供应链部门做好对接，提高预测准确率，缩短交期，提高订单按时交付率。
Work closely with Sales, SBF, CS to enhance sales operations capability by building demand management process with leading
and monitoring forecast, coordinate with supply chain team to manage and balance the demand and supply, increase the forecast accuracy rate effectively, improve the lead time and delivery on time.
3. 项目跟进与支持，支持销售部门的关键项目，对销售项目进行有效跟进，与计划团队协调以确保项目订单按时交付
Support sales department’s key projects, project follow-up and tracking for sales pipeline projects, coordinate with planning team to ensure project order delivery on time.
4. 支持业务团队的相关报告，包括销售预测，库存分析和订单管理相关日报，周报和月报,深刻理解业务，
并且能够分析找出原因。
Provide analytical supports to business team including sales forecast, inventory and order management in daily/weekly/monthly. provide a deeper understanding of business analyse and help to find the root for solution,
5. 流程优化和系统升级，能够理解销售端到客服端相关业务流程，梳理并且优化流程，提高效率。有SAP
salesforce的相关经验，支持系统升级和优化。
Process optimization and system upgrade experience, able to understand the relevant business processes from sales to customer service, streamline and optimize sale operation process, and improve efficiency. With SAP and Salesforce's relevant experience to support system upgrades and optimizations.

岗位要求 Requirements:
1.本科及以上学历；
Bachelor degree or above;
2.2年以上销售运营的经验，需要有需求管理，数据分析和客户管理相关工作经验，制造业优先；
At least 2 years sales operation working experiences of demand management, data analyse and customer management, manufacturing is priority.
3.熟悉ERP，CRM和微软操作软件等系统的操作，特别是SAP, Salesforce 和 Excel；
Familiar with ERP system and Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce & Excel are preferred;
4.沟通能力，表达能力，逻辑能力和协调能力强；
Excellent communication, expression, logicality and coordination skills;
5.英语流利；
Fluent in Mandarin and English communication (written & verbal)
