This position is in the clothing procurement team, dedicated to serving overseas customers with multiple brands. 1. Procurement and Portfolio Development -Evaluate suitable factories and suppliers to ensure compliance with buyer pricing and quality constraints, and increase business by enhancing the ability and capability to provide innovative services. -Convene supplier meetings or training sessions. -Manage relationships with purchasers, buyers, and suppliers. -Organize supplier roadshows 2. Development and Order Management -Monitor all milestone issues reported from suppliers, including quality assurance issues, style changes, cancellations, pending approval, logistics issues, etc. -Monitor the production process, including placing orders, approving fabric and accessory submissions, etc. Production online status and progress review to ensure on-time delivery. -Responsible for sample inspection, courier delivery, and collecting any information requested by the supplier's database or team leader -Follow up with suppliers on C/P every week -Maintain team C/P and order placement. 3. Portfolio management -Regularly update product intelligence and market trends related to the product portfolio with suppliers. -Briefly introduce the detailed information of quotation inquiry to the supplier. Review and integrate costs from different suppliers, and provide recommendations to buyers. -Develop and manage relationships with purchasers, buyers, and suppliers to create sustainable business opportunities. -Generate a portfolio of suppliers, track their performance, and assist in repairs as necessary. -Proactively identify and solve problems/issues and support supply chain management. 4. Qualifications/Skills -Proficient in English, fluent in spoken and written language, able to independently communicate with guests in meetings. -High team spirit, able to work under pressure. -Strong interpersonal communication skills. -You can travel on business if necessary.
