Basic Function: Understand aftermarket parts demands, work out effective parts pricing, promoting and advertising programme and improve genuine maintenance & consumable parts sales penetration rate, achieve annual and 5-year parts sales target. Follow up the parts order handling and timely delivery. Consciously improve parts stock availability in China to satisfy the demand of both technical service and aftermarket parts sales.
Specific Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible to achieve annual and 5-year aftermarket parts & service sales target, including sales forecast, sales analysis and report 2. Monthly evaluate the parts availability in CZ warehouse, quarterly update the parts MRP settings in SAP according to the monthly parts availability. 3. Communicate with global parts business team to update parts business status and align the parts pricing, promote and advertising programme. 4. Track key customers and projects to win the parts & service order, continuously increase the maintenance & consumable parts penetration rate. 5. Work with logistic team to improve parts package and facilitate parts anti-counterfeit management. 6. Other tasks assigned by managers.
Relationships and Contacts: Supervisory Relationships: Reports to the Sr. Mgr.-Parts & Service in China, dot-line report to global parts sales director. Organization Relationships: 1. Closely work with field service team. 2. Closely work with finance, CS & logistic team. 3. Closely work with global parts operation and sales team. External Business Relationships: Frequent contacts with distributors / dealers / customers
Education and Experience Requirements: 1. Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years’ aftermarket parts business experience in the power generator or relevant industry. 2. Good communication skill. 3. Be a team player. 4. Must be able to write and speak fluent English
