Main Responsibilities: - Achieve Hansaplast T-mall Global flagship store key financial targets - Manage and guide TP’s operation strategy, plans and execution of flagship store in Tmall in terms of merchandising, activity planning, customer service and logistic delivery. - Evaluate the performance of key metrics like UV, Conversion, AUS and Return rate on a daily basis in order to increase brand sales and profit - Monitor TP’s daily operation to ensure the brand equity and business target are well addressed - Analyze sales, site performance, CRM campaigns and marketing programs. - Direct and implement regular Taobao event to generate more traffic and sales. - Responsible for keeping track and updating monthly marketing calendars, sending correspondence with updates to TP or internal team. - Create reports to analyze marketing results. - Track and analyze competition in Taobao platform. - Develop eCRM communications plans for site performance growth, retention & conversion. - Craft and deploy e-distribution strategy, monitor key KPIs progress - Closely work with distributors to achieve distribution business targets Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above, can communicate in spoken and written English. 2. At least 4 years Ecommerce experience in both healthcare(consumer medical device, OTC, health food) and FMCG , consumer medical device and skincare experience is preferred. 3. Self-motivated, passionate, resilient, entrepreneurship, ownership, teamwork, openminded 4. Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management & planning skills. 5. Results-oriented and understands how to create, implement, and drive relevant KPI's for business. 6. Able to tackle complex/fast changing situations, evaluate alternative courses of action, and provide fact-based solutions/recommendations. 7. Commercially minded with the desire to always improve and stay abreast of innovations in the market landscape. 8. Ability to build credible relationships internally and externally.
