Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager/Senior
Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for
managing the financial aspects of our R&D/CMC function, including budgeting,
forecasting, and financial analysis. In this role, you will work closely with
cross-functional teams and help ensure the financial success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain financial plans and budgets for R&D/CMC
initiatives.
· Provide financial analysis and support to project teams to help inform
decision-making.
· Conduct financial forecasting and scenario planning to assess the
potential financial impact of various R&D/CMC initiatives.
· Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insight into the
financial performance of R&D/CMC projects.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accurate and timely
reporting of financial information.
· Stay current on financial regulations and industry trends to ensure
compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
· 5~7 years of finance related experience in pharmaceutical industry.
Min. 2 years of consultancy experience is a plus.
· Demonstrated sound understanding of related fields (e.g.
manufacturing, clinical-stage CMC development, analytical and
financial modeling).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
effectively present information to both financial and non-financial
stakeholders.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
