II.FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY: This position is responsible for coordinating and performing operational and logistical tasks with regards to Triton Container leasing business. The position will communicate directly with dedicated customers, depots, factories, vendors, working closely with our marketing and technical teams. Good communication skills and the ability to respond/act promptly to any inquiries regarding operational matters, availability, repairs and trucking are a must.
III.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 80Depot & factory inventory management 80Redelivery allocation and issue/manage offhire reference to customers. 80Release allocation and issue/manage booking release reference to customers. 80Coordinate with the depots to ensure smooth Gate In & Out of used containers. 80Coordinate with factories delivery of new build containers. 80Repo and trucking coordination with vendors 80Handle customer inquiries/calls/emails in daily basis. 80Solve customer complaints in timely manner. 80Liaise with Marketing Account Mgr to speed up booking pick-up. 80Work with Global Operations and Technical Team in necessary. 80Prepare operational reports on daily, weekly, monthly basis. 80Check payments and coordinate with AR on cash application. 80Process vendor invoices and pass to AP for payment. 80Other responsibilities and projects which may arise.
IV. REQUIREMENTS: 1) Knowledge Required: - 80Bachelors or Associates degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred. 80Knowledge of accounting and credit/collections process preferred. 800-3 years of experience as a customer service experience or collections assistant, preferably in the container leasing, shipping, or logistics industries. 80Proficient in Microsoft office and specifically basic Excel skills required.
