Main accountabilities and tasks 1.Manage all procurement activities in several customer projects, in terms of technical and commercial project specifications 2.Develop project procurement strategy to support project requirements 3.Define supplier lists based on preferred suppliers, project specifications and market conditions 4.Manage the RFx process and lead selection and award recommendation process within the project team 5.Negotiate contracts with awarded vendors in terms of commercial conditions and T & Cs (with legal dept) 6.Monitor supplier performance in terms of costs, quality and delivery times 7.Lead supplier development initiatives to support business requirements. 8.Issue and keep the purchase orders updated in SAP
Desired experience and qualifications 1.Work experience: >2 years. 2.Expertise (e.g. professional, technical): 3.Understanding of pressure vessels and custom engineered packages market and features 4.Understanding of engineering project execution and principles 5.Languages: English, Chinese 6.Soft skills: Strong communication skill Problem-solving proactive attitude Flexible, adaptable, focus-oriented As per TEAM & LEAD
