Lead TR Marketing strategy implementation With the help of Sr TR manager, define key campaign activities & media buys as per Marketing Calendar 1. Implement and track advertisement and promotion budget for Duty free channels o Media: by coordinating with the media buying agency and LM media team o VM: provide briefs to brand VM teams on campaign dress-up and new distribution needs 2. For key launches, propose and implement the launch orchestration plan, by POS if needed 3. Ensure regional or global marketing guidelines and activities are adapted and implemented in China 4. Monitor price movements of competition, and on a yearly basis, propose and implement price adjustments in DF channels 5. Propose and optimize assortment strategy by typology of distribution to maximize brand exposure and minimize obsolescence 6. Analyze brand performance across product categories and find improvement levers to enhance recruitment, basket or conversion 7. Prepare business analysis to assess campaign effectiveness on a regular basis
Design and implement the best client experience, in line with brand standards 1. Design, propose and implement and continuously improve the most relevant client experience for travelers offline, including but not limited to o Sampling / wrapping strategy and implementation o Roll out of brand proprietary on-counter services o Drive continuous improvement on client recruitment and registration o Automated and seamless client data capture implementation – coordination with CRM and IT teams 2. Implement the new online platforms of pre-ordering for travelers in line with terms negotiated o Build: Brief internal stakeholder and vendor to adapt TR operator’s platform o Build: Lead the project, internally and with TR operator o Run: Once the platform are launch, track online platform performance across acquisition / conversion metrics and propose ways to improve those KPIs
Own Marketing execution 1. Develop annual promotion plan and oversee monthly execution 2. Ensure launch On Counter Day are all consistent with calendar and respected 3. Implement in-counter activities and outpost by leading related functional teams and keeping close contact with counter representatives, liaise and monitor contractors on execution, monitor ROI achievement and propose continuous improvement
Knowledge sharing on PRC travelers’ insights Collect facts and intelligence on PRC travelers insights from all parties as well as competition promotional activities
