Description:
?Act as the key communication channel with the client and the project management team of the company; responsible solution Driver for Customer Project Portfolio – Design, Maintain & Develop Solutions Portfolio;
? Provide leadership to the project team, develop and define the responsible matrix to the project team;
?With RRD's full authority to be overall responsible for project scope, project milestone and schedule, project quality, project delivery and project cost;
?Lead the project team to identify all potential project risks and develop the risk mitigation plans, and escalate such risks to the company management if necessary;
? Provide the accurate project status report to the company management in a timely manner;
? Conduct the change management for the project, review and approve the changes occurred to the project.


Requirements
? At least 3 years TPM/EPM/BPM… experience in project management;
? Packaging NPI experience is a must, Consumer Electronics background is a plus;
? Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills;
? Excellent in English (oral & written) & computer operation;
? Experience in consultancy to customers presentation & communication skills, open mind and team work spirit;
? Flexibility and be able to work in high-pressure circumstance;
? Aggressive, Positive & Proactive attitude;
? Project & Process management experience。
