JOB SUMMARY: Support Store Design Team in the ownership of department responsibilities to include: 1. Collaborate with key stakeholders and business partners to manage and own new store development and execution across Great China for multiple brands 2. Manage store design team to manage from design preliminary to development through whole execution 3.Develop new ideas and concept for design upgrade and new brands

RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Manage store design development for multiple brands, including prototypes for new design of fixtures and furnishings 2.Management of people and processes to include business partners, consultants, and vendors. This includes business partners both in China and outside China 3. Champion of cross-functional relationships with key business partners in support of specific initiatives 4.Perform quality control of drawings and deliverables to all stakeholders 5. Accountable to see a project from inception to completion with eye to detail
QUALIFICATIONS: 1) Required knowledge, skills & abilities: 1.Excellent ability to create, understand and translate three-dimensional space concept into drawings 2. Excellent understanding of proportion and ability to translate ideas, forms, and functions into cohesive design concepts with minimal supervision 3. Excellent project management skills, problem solver, time management, priority setting, attention to detail and the ability to multitask 4. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and visual communication skills 5.Proficient in design related software to include: AutoCAD, 3ds Max +V-Ray, Sketch-up+ Enscape, Adobe Photoshop 6. Travel as required.
2) Minimum Education Level Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Industrial Design.
3) Experience Required 1. Minimum 10 years’ experience in design, 6 years’ retail design preferred with an International Brand and large store space (above 500M2) 2. Recent 3 years of experiences in managing a team (at least 2 members)
