Scope of Job: ? Support the new employee orientation trainings. ? Support the career development related offerings, including leadership development, first time manager, & career season etc. ? Support the full cycle of the site level culture campaign (like Guest Service, D&I, & Brand IP etc.). ? Promote L&D products internally in a creative way, like developing catalogue and newsletter. ? Shoot the videos and develop the media promoting materials. Main Responsibilities 1. Culture Campaign ? Be creative on culture campaign initiation phase. ? Support the culture campaign implement at the site level. ? Coordinate with internal different teams to implement the campaign events. ? Collect the feedback and data for further analysing for culture grounded. ? Support other initiatives and projects based on needs. 2. L&D Marketing ? Develop L&D catalogue to promote L&D internally. ? Develop monthly L&D newsletter. ? Develop the media materials for marketing promotions. ? Be a brain-partner for creativity and innovation. 3. Training Delivery ? Facilitate the new employee orientation training. ? Support leadership programs implementation. 4. Administrative & logistic Support ? Support the training/workshop/event logistics. ? Back up as the e-learning platform super user. 5. Solid project management experience and play the role as of PMO in L&D team. ? Minimum of 3-5 years working in supporting marketing events/champaigns and training or learning and development function would be a plus. ? Positive, result-driven, and have strong communication capability to influence and win the support through collaboration. ? Highly self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment. ? Someone who is interested in working for a fun, dynamic entertainment company.
