Key tasks: - Customer visit and market information collection to provide reference for sales strategy build-up; - Handle and achieve assigned sales turnover target in assigned area; - Regular relationship management with existing customers to achieve basic turnover growth; - Help customers to implement regional marketing activities to improve the Bosch branding and sales turnover; - Take responsible for customers' monthly forecast and coordinate different departments in Bosch to make sure the on-time delivery of the orders from customers; - Drive to give solutions to complaints from customers; - Communicate and collaborate with cross-function; 任职资格 - Master in engineering / business of TOP universities preferred - Sales experiences in automotive industry or FMCG with solid business performance preferred but open for other industry background - English as one of working language for daily communication, seminar, and presentation - Strong people leadership - Highly self-motivated with guts - Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders especially handling conflicts - very good at working under pressure - both future and result-oriented
