Job Description:
1. RFQ managing.
2. Bench-marking.
3. Reduction cost base on the target received by Procurement Director.
4. Scouting of new supplier and preliminary analysis of potential supplier.
5. Work with global commodity purchasing.
6. Manage the vendor list.
7. Support the logistic for delivery problem of supplier.
8. Support the Supplier Quality Assurance for quality problem.
9. Support the Supplier Quality Assurance for PPAP process.
10. Fill the vendor rating for the items of his responsibility.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in mechanical or electronic engineering or related field.
2. 5 years' experience in Automotive industries.
3. Strong knowledge about mechanical components (plastic injection, casting and machining process).
4. Good knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949 and basic knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001
5. Familiar with ERP 、SAP system
6. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
7. Strong communication skills
8. Good English in speaking
9. Ability of working under pressure
