工作职责:
1. New material qualification with supplier and PE /BU/TPM team
2. MRB/SCAR 8D handling
3. Material quality issue handling and supplier quality continuous improvement
4. Supplier change control handling and cost reduction project with Pur dept
5. Supplier development and qualification, on site audit
6. Supplier rating and ranking
7. Support customer regular report and others upon request
任职资格:
Education/Knowledge: University or above
Experience:
1. Familiar with substrate or PCB mfg process on Cu plating, pattern, Solder mask and Surface treatment(Au plating, OSP etc)
2. About 2years Working experience in substrate or PCB industry for PE or QE
3. Or about 2 years Working experience in OSAT for SQE
Special Skills or Qualifications:
1. ISO 9001/TS16949 training/certificate, familiar with Problem solving skills with statistic tools (such as 8D), change control, MRB flow, QC 7 tools, SPC, FMEA
2. Excellent on written and Oral English
3. Open mind and good communication skill
