岗位职责 Job Responsibilities：

1. Innovate, improve, and develop products to meet customer requirements via create drawings and release parts list.
根据客户的要求，进行产品创新，完善和开发，并最终完成图纸和物料清单的释放；
2. Provide technical analysis and solutions to customer request and complains.
针对客户的需求和投诉，进行技术分析并给出解决方案。
3. Closely follow up design process of new product prototype from concept design till final testing and marketing promotion.
严格遵守设计流程，跟踪新产品样机的设计研发，测试直至市场推广。
4. Responsible for marketing and competition investigation, technical analyze with offering corresponding technical proposals and solutions.
对市场和竞争对手进行调查和技术分析，能提出相关的技术方案和建议。
5. Manage relate development project, ensure each project fulfilled in time, in process, in budget and document correctly.
管理相关开发项目，确保每个项目按时,按流程和在预算内完成，并形成相关技术文档。
6. Provide technical support to cross functional departments.
向公司内部其他的部门提供必要的技术支持
7. Finish other tasks assigned by line manager.
完成领导安排的其他工作

岗位要求 Job Requirement：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above on mechanical design or related major.
学士或以上学位,机械设计及相关专业
2. Around 2 years experiences in Machinery manufacture industry; 2年以上机械制造业机械设计经验.
3. Familiar with related mechanical design skills, software operation, Solid Edge and SAP are preferred.
熟悉相关的机械设计技巧和软件操作，有Solid Edge和SAP使用经验者优先考虑。
4. English skill in writing and reading.
有一定的英语读写基础；
