Essential responsibilities : 1.Manage direct selling hospitals to ensure timely supply of hospital orders and timely recovery of payment for goods; 2.Urge dealers to execute hospital orders in a timely manner, and ensure and follow up the timely and accurate completion of delivery services 3.Supervise and manage dealers' safety inventory according to the manufacturer's sales forecast, and make regular adjustment 4.Conduct effective management and evaluation of dealers, improve their service level, and complete as required 1) timely collection of payment 2) review, sign and track sales orders/contracts 3) collection and verification of sales flow reports 4) collection and verification of inventory reports 5) check the sales invoice 6) product management 5.Daily business in accordance with the standard operating procedures established by the company; 6.Establish a good relationship with distributors/direct hospitals and build customer profiles 7.Responsible for cooperating the manufacturer in bidding for medical equipment products in the local area with the sales team, and striving to win the bid 8.Maintain good communication with manufacturers and provide timely solutions
