This role is responsible for the administrative and operational management of the Category Customer Marketing Team deployed for the Greater China Cluster. Partner with Marketing and Sales in the timely execution of category specific platform driven commercialization and Base / Expand initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ? Jointly with the Customer Market Manager, Marketing Director, Cluster GM, select & prioritize customer marketing initiatives to be deployed across cluster markets, based on local knowledge, and monitor consistency of local execution ? Deliver efficiency through scale and harmonization of materials across cluster ? Maintain responsibility for category execution in cluster lead market ? Develop Cluster Customer Marketing Team in both skills and capabilities ? Adapt global brand stories and big Ideas into high impact shopper campaigns with agency partners as part of media and shelf ? Propose and conduct Category specific shopper studies, applicable preferably to the Cluster, and Country specific where appropriate, and cascade study synopsis, learnings, implications and action plans to address opportunities ? Develop instore and digital shopper toolkits for implementation, Communicate and align with Sales on execution scope and targets. (Channels, Store numbers, geographies, Resources, promotion budget) ? Promotion & Activity Budget Management, efficient allocation of relevant promotion by activity and securing sales commitment for execution targets and scope ? MAPP (Merchandising Assortment Price Promotion), gives sales operation picture of excellence in store, create standards of execution by channel and store segmentation ? Ensure Trade Bundles developed by the Platform are appropriately adopted/adapted by the Cluster, and implementation plans are prioritized, resources fairly and optimally allocated, and implementation monitored ? Supports Marketing Director in key areas like selection of projects, initiatives, prioritization and allocation of resources (promotions, mix component of trade spend, etc.), across Cluster Members and Categories Required Skills / Experience / Competencies: ? Should have multi-functional experience in Customer Marketing, and either in Sales / Marketing ? At least 3 years each in a Marketing & Commercialization and a Sales role ? Bachelor’s degree and above
