Responsibilities:

Actively work with oversea sales and PD for fashion product development, cost analysis and price negotiation skills to meet customer quality and target price;
Accurately understand US specific retailer PD directions and provide counter samples/fabrics with good options.
Work with suppliers on samples in timely manner to achieve customer required time frame.
Inspect new PD fabrics/samples up to customer required quality level.
Assure orders to be produced at superior quality to meet with customer required flow shipments.
Maintain dynamic relationship within teams and with suppliers for new product development.
Visit trade shows to provide new fabrics, accessories, and keep abreast of market trend.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of fashion home bedding products for retail market. Hand-on PD experiences with US big retailer seasonal knit throws and blankets a plus.
5 plus working experience of fashion home bedding PD for reputable US manufacturers.
Strongly goal oriented, creative and innovative, with good understanding of customer needs.
Great organizer, strong sense of timing to meet with customer needs.
Good team player and easy to work with.
Proficient English oral and written communication skills.
Minimum 4 year college level education.
