RESPONSIBILITIES: * Work with Digital Manager and Marketing Senior Director to focus on paid media planning, media investment, performance monitoring and optimization. * Support on overseeing both brand and lead acquisition paid media across digital and offline channels. * Support on planning budget, media investment, ad content, media performance in terms of brand awareness (gained followers, website traffic, CTR) and lead acquisition (leads volume and quality, CPL), and any other key related performance indices. * Assist to be in charge of daily operations and monitoring of paid media investment, including briefing and management of partners/vendors, cost monitoring, data submission, performance reviews, etc. * Assist to work with Sales team and Yield Manager to develop lead acquisition campaigns that support sales target and sales promotion offers, from mechanics to messaging, content framework to user journey, etc. * Work with in-house or external content and creative/design teams to develop campaign assets including videos, animations, posters, banners, etc. * Work with media agencies, in-house data team, media platforms or tracking system providers to implement and automate the paid media performance analysis and visualizations of the results. * Work with other colleagues from Marketing, Sales and Service teams as needed to ensure appropriate follow-up/support for the paid media campaigns to ensure ideal consumer experience. * Support on contracting and payment issuing process for above paid media activities, with Legal and Finance teams. * Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly reports to the Marketing team and Management. * Any other work assigned by Digital Manger and Marketing Senior Director.
QUALIFICATION PROFILE * Bachelor degree and above. * A required minimum of 4 years’ experience in brand and performance media planning and execution. * Having both client-side and media agency-side experience is a plus. * Strong data acumen, excellent data analysis skills (ability to extra data insights). * Ability to think creatively, especially in problem-solving. * Experience in developing and managing marketing content. * Good communication skills with media owners, partners and vendors. * Team player, motivated, responsible, passionate and enjoy working in travel and hospitality industry. * Can-do/flexible work attitude, an eye for detail and accuracy. * Can work independently.
