Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
1. Response employee and manager questions through hotline and email on time. 2. Provides human resource administration and support across a variety of processes, such as on-boarding, off-boarding, data change and reports etc. 3. Ensures transactions are processed accurately and human resource programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently. 4. Works under moderate supervision, making minor adjustments to methods and processes in order to drive for continuous improvement. 5. Communicates typically with internal customers (employees or managers) by answering/providing information requiring some explanation or interpretation for their enquiries 6. Support ad hoc cross COE/function or global projects if requested.
Required Knowledge and Experience: 1. Requires minimum of 1 years of relevant experience or fresh graduate with HR internship experience would be preferred 2. Be flexible to adapt the every-changing working environment or can be muti-task 3. Drive for team spirit 4. Be required a person who is detail-minded for preparing reports/data analysis and good at communication internal and external 5.Proficient in using Microsoft like excel 6.A strong passionate for process continous improvement upon the new technologies could be adapted into system, online channel etc. is a must
