Mission
As the product owner in software development team, you will play a key role towards the product landing and product success. In this role, you will be involved in the marketed standardized product/solution development and you will be responsible to gather feature requests, design product, schedule releases,coordinate sprint, etc. to ensure product standardized and unified meanwhile guide market and customer what should be necessarily considered as a product expert. You will use your expertise to guide/teach market and customers to utilize our product in a correct way so that customers could realize value with our full portfolio offering. Meanwhile, you will work with local R&D team and other product company in global to response requirement from market and user with standardized way. You are reporting locally to the software development team manager at our Innovation Center Asia.

Major Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
？ Propose and present plan to stakeholders ,such as market team ,sales team.
？ Acting as one of the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
？ Define product plan with market product manager and necessary key customer.
？ Develop cases, and prioritize feature,stories, epics and define acceptance criteria.
？ Assess content value to ensure work aligns with product strategy
？ Set sprint goals and plan necessary releases and upgrades.
？ Define ,manage and prioritizing product backlog according to stakeholders.
？ Assist the R&D/product team to meet the objectives of each sprint.
？ Identifying areas of improvement and innovation around user experience
？ Lead product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
？ Output product design, which are used to preview functions and UI to stakeholders.
？ Compose product related specs,docs and ensure they’re clearly understood.
？ Keep R&D team and stakeholders informed of the status of the product,in time.
？ Provide training to stakeholders on product system, content, release, using, etc
？ Serve as product ambassador, sharing knowledge and answering questions.
？ Keep track of industry and new product trends and sharing with team.
？ Project the product vision which are based on market, customer and business needs.
？ Balance product development between product needs and program development.
？ Adjust and improving each iteration of the product before release if necessary.
？ Drive to remove roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals.
？ Follow progress of scrum working and address production issues during sprints.
？ Drive product outcomes,like quality, cost and customer and user experience.
？ Drive the execution through the related organization and team.
？ Trace development procedure, regular report, in case of conflict and risk.
？ Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback.
？ Act as the gate keeper role in developing and testing program
？ Responsibilities for product quality via metric.
？ Domestic and international travel is on-demand and necessary

？ 根据利益相关方的反馈，定义、管理并为产品的backlog定义优先级。
？ 协助研发/产品团队实现每个冲刺的目标。
？ 识别需要改进和创新的地方。
？ 领导产品发布计划，并设定新功能交付的预期。
？ 输出产品设计文档，用于向各利益相关提供产品功能、界面预览。
？ 编写产品相关的规范、文档，并确保它们可以被清楚地理解。
？ 持续保持研发团队和其他利益相关方及时了解产品状况。
？ 向利益相关方提供产品体系、内容、发布、使用等方面的培训。
？ 作为研发的产品大使，及时分享产品知识并回答问题。
？ 跟踪行业和新产品趋势并与团队分享。
？ 通过项目的方式管理基于市场、客户和业务需求的产品愿景。
？ 在产品需求和项目开发之间平衡产品开发。
？ 在必要的情况下，在发布前调整和改进产品的每个迭代。
？ 推动消除冲刺/发布目标实现的障碍。
？ 跟踪Scrum工作进展，并在冲刺期间解决生产问题。
？ 驱动达成产品工作的结果，如质量、成本以及客户和用户体验。
？ 通过驱动必要的相关组织、团队，来推进工作执行。
？ 追踪开发过程、规律性提交报告、以及时识别问题，避免必要的冲突和风险。
？ 基于结果和客户反馈，完善我们的敏捷开发方法。
？ 在开发和测试程序的工作中扮演关键的守护角色。
？ 通过定义指标衡量产品质量。
？ 根据工作情况，按需进行必要的国内外出差。


Education & Experience
？ BA in computer science,engineering, information systems, or related field
？ Previous working experience as a product owner or similar role.
？ 8+ years relevant experience in product or software dev/proposal/project execution.
？ In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management.
？ Experience of driving and coach agile teams programs
？ Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills on product side.
？ Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.
？ Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
？ Preferably experience in IIoT based software products and services


Knowledge & Skills
？ Ability to understand and translate between market and RnD technical viewpoints.
？ Solid knowledge of product management to ensure product attractiveness for customers over its lifetime
？ Sense and knowledge on how end user and customer data can be utilized in creating further customer value
？ Good at using design tool, like Adobe XD、Codesign、Figma、 Axure etc.
？ Strong sense for normative document output like ,PRD,manual,spec etc.
？ Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
？ Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology,like Jira.
？ Excellent organizational, leadership, and presentation skills
？ Fluent Chinese and English language skills are expected for this role.
？ CSPO or ACPO certificate is a plus.

？ 熟练使用设计工具，如Adobe XD、Codesign、Figma、Axure、pixso等
？ 在规范性文档输出方面有强烈的认知，如:PRD、手册、规范等。
？ 出色的书面和口头沟通能力。
？ 熟练使用过的项目管理工具如Jira。
？ 出色的组织、领导和演讲技能。
？ 具备流利的中文和英文语言能力。
