岗位职责 Job Responsibilities: 1. 负责产品寿命周期内日常质量案例的厉行改善,依托公司“DMAIC”质量改善平台,持之以恒地改进产品与服务。 Responsible for improvement management of daily quality cases throughout the product lifecycle, approach by “DMAIC” for organization to create constancy of purpose for sustainable improvement of product and service. 2. 全面理解合作商端基础质量的管理需求,编制特殊过程的质量管理手册,协同合作商团队推广、践行8D/4D、FMEA等质量改善工具。 Comprehensive understanding the basic quality management of partners, develop various process quality manuals, and collaborate with partner teams to promote and implement quality tools such as 8D/4D and FMEA. 3. 致力于公司ODM/OEM产品市场策略的本土化推广,负责项目先期质量策划的管理建构以及BHS-基础版质量系统在供方的应用落地。 Dedicated to the localization promotion of the company's ODM/OEM product market strategy, responsible for the advanced QM-PM constructing, final implementation and delivery of BHS Min Quality System. 4. 组织供应商端系列质量调研与流程完善工作,协助质量拓展团队在机加类、品牌类供应商的日常管理上,实施“成组化”、“平台化”的系统建构推动。 Organize a series of quality investigation& research and process improvement at the partner side, assist QDE team to make a systematic construction and promotion of platform in the daily QC of machining& brand product. 5. 融入BHS业务发展平台,聚焦业务流程中“质量风险”、“质量成本”两大管控抓手,成长为跨部门职责高度融合的问题解决与方案落地践行者。 Focusing on the two major control measures of "quality risk" and "quality cost" in business processes. Integrate into BHS business development platform and grow into a problem-solving and solution practitioner with high integration of cross-function responsibilities.
