2， Participation in ExtDX strategy formulation (Sub leader) and implementation promoter .
3， Participation in ERP and AI business planning.
4， Developing local partners to realize IT/OT Convergence.
5， Other special matters for the general manager.


任职要求：
1, 大卒（日本留学経験がベター、必須ではない）.
2, 10年以上日系企業での勤務経験が望ましい。
3, 中国語と日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力。英語でのコミュニケーションも望ましい（一般会話とメール）。
4, 自ら仕事の目標設定、行動プラン作成、及び実施することが望ましい。
5, 時事や経済動向に敏感、情報収集？分析、文章力が望ましい。
6, 人に好かれ、信頼関係を築くことにたけている。
7, トライ＆エラーを疎まず、チャレンジ精神を持つこと。
