职位描述
Summary
Drive growth and healthiness of Ecommerce business through multi-channel market analysis & insight, EC assortment management, stock allocation, business tracking & solutions, EC commodities management. With excellent communication skills, ability of fast learning, strategic and structured thinking, self-drive, management capacity, willing to accept challenges, storytelling mindset.
Responsibilities:
1. Business strategy support:
- Assist with EC omni-channel merchandise development strategy.
- Deep review data support, combined with latest market trend, providing constructive suggestions for product development.
- Target breakdown according to finance KPI and with regular update tracking
2. Market and competitor tracking:
- Ability of product market insight. Provide constructive advice to planning and buying team to facilitate business development via EC market research and competitor analysis.
3. Product assortment management support: Communicate with upstream department on below,
- EC omni channel new product launch strategy.
- Pricing and discount management, provide overall optimal solution.
- Omni channel stock management include reorder suggestion and inventory allocation.
4. Business daily tracking and solution
- Daily/weekly product performance tracking, analysis. Provide optimal solution.
- High-frequency product plan to support each channel’s campaign pitching/ big event etc.
- Product marketing ability of combo / recommendation according to promotion rules.
5. Product operations
- On and off shelf management include sample shooting, sample management, maintenance of Basic Product Information etc.
- Product related SOP optimization
6. Management:
- Downstream partner management, inspiring and motivating team to offer best result.
- Link with each channel on product perspective requirements communication
Requirements
1. Strong sense of eCommerce trade marketing, think big picture.
2. With excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Strategic and structured thinking, fast learning, self-drive, management capacity, storytelling mindset.
4. With Logical thinking, strong analytical ability, and strong pressure resistance,
5. Minimum 5 years work experience in merchandise management, preferably in FMCG. With Import product experience in China will be a plus.
6. Fluent Mandarin and English (speak, read and written).
7. Bachelor or Master degree.
