Requirements: ? The candidate should have more than 8 years of project or team leadership experience, more than 5 years of solid product development experience in the field of electrification. ? Have good understanding regarding the key components of an EV system, such as e-motor, inverter, DCDC, gearbox, PDU etc. ? Have extensive past experience working with external suppliers with good track record. Experience in both passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle is a big plus. ? Good skills with project management tools. ? Have sound knowledge in engineering and product development processes, process development experience is a plus. ? Good knowledge on HV e-drive system typology, know the technical trend of e-drive systems and the sub-components. ? Open minded, excellent interpersonal skills. ? The candidate should have a customer-oriented mindset, should should track record of thriving to create value for customer. ? The candidate should be innovative, and always try to achieve the best possible results.
Responsibilities: ? Lead customer application and product development projects, achieve high-quality delivery to internal/external customers. ? Develop the project management process and product development process for the new business. ? Lead project planning activity, review all project plans to ensure the high quality of project planning. ? Coach new project managers. ? Communicate internally and externally to ensure stake holder satisfaction. ? Communicate with suppliers for on-time and high quality delivery. ? Organize project meetings and reviews. ? Lead the team to establish fighting spirit, create a “thrive for best” team culture.
