MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / 主要职责 - Responsible for daily operation of wechat store according to business plan 负责微信小程序店铺的日常运营,达成生意计划 - Fulfill every wechat transaction by working closely with inhouse merchandising, CS and logistic team 与公司内商品客服及物流同事紧密协同,确保每笔微信交易的顺利完成 - Cooperate with Marketing team for wechat campaign planning and execution 与营销团队一起负责微信小程序营销活动的策划与执行 - Communicate with MP vendor for data/functionality/workflow updating and optimization 负责与微信生态伙伴的日常沟通,确保系统数据更新和版本升级的顺利推进 - Follow EC channels’ cooperation including contract, billing, reconciliation 负责除天猫京东以外电商渠道的合作细项跟进 - Data integration, tracking, analysis and reporting of all Ecommerce channels as middleware of ecommerce of the brand 作为数据中台,负责品牌电商所有渠道的数据整合,追踪与分析洞察 - Assist in monitoring merchandising and replenishment plan for EC channels. Internal communication with merchandising and logistic division. 全渠道货品管理及调配,与商品部和物流部保持良好沟通,确保热销商品不缺货。 - Daily operation supporting for both T-mall and JD, including monitoring customer service. 天猫、京东等渠道客服工作监管等。 Qualifications / 任职要求 - Bachelor degree or above 学士或以上学历 - 2 years' experience in Ecommerce business, WeChat related experience is preferred 2年以上电商相关经验,微信相关经验更佳 - Methodical style with good logic 逻辑缜密,条理清晰 - Skillful in data analysis and insight generating 擅长数据分析与洞察 - Drive for results, and down-to-earth attitude 结果导向,自驱力强且踏实 - Fluent in English both for spoken and written 英语书写流利 - Good sense in Luxury 对奢侈品有一定审美和行业认知
