61Professionally use the CCC hotline system, operate it correctly according to process guidelines and keep the phone on-line during working hours. Answer customer calls in time, maintain customer master in SAP, solve customer needs online, such as product inquiries, product repair, etc., to keep smooth operation of inbound call handling and ensure customer satisfaction. 61 Receive sales orders from customers or sales via email or other channels. According to order handling process, use SAP system to correctly create orders and check order information including but not limited to item no., price, customer delivery requirements, etc. As an order processor, coordinate with customers and sales team to complete sales order delivery in time with high quality and follow up order status. 61 Have a good control of emotion and stress. Handle all types of enquiries and feedback from customers professionally and efficiently by phone or email. 61 Ability to identify problems during work and a good teamwork player. Efficiently resolve sales order related issues and ensure smooth and complete execution of order handling process through collaboration with sales, credit control, 3rd party logistics and other departments, continually improve customer satisfaction. 61 During interaction with customers, capture purchase intention, maintain customer information in SAP, and correctly transfer it as a sales lead to relevant sales person through SFDC. 61 Have a strong sense of working responsibility, can cooperate with the relevant departments to implement company policies, strictly comply with the department handling process, and keep close monitoring on daily order management and finish customer service related work. 61 Strong learning ability, through a series of company training, management guidance and self-assessment and learning, to be able to master all kinds of departmental process operation, including but not limited to standard sales order handling, tool repair process, hotline call handling, etc.
