职位描述 Job Description 配合主厨组建后厨团队,协同团队创造高效、稳定、快乐的工作环境; Assist the head chef to set up the kitchen staff team, and create an efficient, stable, and joyful working environment for the team 支持并协助主厨对整个厨房团队的组织、指挥、运转管理工作,持续优化并严格遵守SOP,确保后厨维持高效与高质的运营标准,为顾客提供优质的餐品服务; Support the head chef in organizing, directing, managing the whole team and establishing standard operating procedures. Ensure efficient and high-quality operating standards to provide customers with a quality service experience 确保后厨采购货品的品质,配合验收品控与盘点自检流程,确保食品安全; Ensure food safety and the quality of goods purchase, support acceptance control and inventory inspection procedure. 确保团队安全正确的使用厨房设备用具,安排定时检查各项设备清洁保养以维持设备完好; Ensure the team use kitchen equipment safely and correctly. Arrange a regular inspection of equipment cleaning and maintenance 监督厨房保持整齐清洁,确保厨房食品、生产及个人卫生; Ensure kitchen food production and personal hygiene, maintaining the working environment clean and tidy. 配合主厨对后厨团队进行不断提高标准的持续培训,确保每一位同事具有与职责匹配的工作能力,对后厨团队的工作发展规划进行帮助; Assist the head chef with Staff training and support team members with their development plans, ensuring that all staffs are matchable with their responsibilities. 配合主厨根据餐厅营业状况编制班表,检查后厨同事的考勤考核工作。 Assist the head chef with staff shift management and attendance check.
任职要求 Qualifications and experience 善良; High sense of integrity 精通西式厨房不同的岗位,2年以上高端西餐厅副厨技术及管理经验; At least 2 years of sous chef technical and management experience in a high-end restaurant. Excellent knowledge of western restaurant job functions. 高度的责任心; Have a strong sense of responsibility 卓越的沟通技能和出色的执行力; Good communication & execution ability 发现与解决问题的能力; Identify and problem-solving ability 熟练使用办公软件(Word,Excel,PPT) Proficient with office software (Word,Excel,PPT) 英语基础沟通,有国外游学经验者优先; Basic English communication skill, and overseas study experience is preferred 最重要的一点是对高端餐饮品质美学的热情与追求。 Passion for high-end catering quality and aesthetics

Design, joined hands with Eddi Huwang from the chef team of Atera, a Michelin two-star restaurant in New York, to introduce HAISHANG, a 16-seat fusion cuisine restaurant, to Shanghai diners. Eddie Huang honed his culinary skills at renowned establishments, such as Eleven Madison Park, Restaurant Daniel, and the Michelin-starred restaurant Noma before joining Atera, where he gradually mastered the philosophy of cooking with seasonal local ingredients.
