JOB DUTIES: 1、 Excellent and thorough knowledge of Sea Export/Maintain relationship with oversea agency/Handle customer inquiries. 2、 Actively maintain good communication with the agent/Accurately understand the agent's requirements, and increase the cargo quantity. 3、 Take responsibility of follow up the cargos /Actively respond to trouble case and solve them effectively. 4、 Solve the problems encountered during the shipment of cargos, ensure smooth shipment of cargos. 5、 Actively promote the advantages of the company's freight rate, timely reply to agent inquiries, and promote shipment. 6、 Completing other related work assigned by the Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1、Collage's degree or above (logistics /Business English/international trade ) Good English communication skills, Fluent in oral and written English, CET 4 or above will be a priority employment 2、More than three years working experience in customer service position or similar position is preferred. Being familiar with the strong quotation skills/ Strong bargaining ability will be priority employment 3、Being familiar with west coast of South America and national port export operation experience will be a priority employment 4、Strong communication skills/ Strong public relation ability /Being able to work under high pressure with carefulness and responsibility 5、Easy going team worker/Cross-function team player Strong communication skills
