Responsibilities: ? Lead and oversee all HR functions within the cosmetic manufacturing facility. ? Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning, particularly tailored to the rapid and dynamic nature of the cosmetics industry. ? Spearhead workforce planning initiatives to anticipate and address staffing needs during periods of expansion or market fluctuations. ? Innovate and refine HR processes and policies to adapt to the evolving demands of the cosmetics manufacturing sector. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement workforce models that align with the flexible requirements of the supply chain, specifically within the contract manufacturing sector. ? Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, while also promoting a safe and inclusive work environment. ? Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters to support business objectives. ? Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications: ? Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the cosmetics or related industries. ? Proven track record of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams. ? Strong understanding of talent management principles, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning. ? Extensive experience working in multinational corporations will be a high plus ? Experience in managing HR functions in fast-paced and dynamic environments, with a focus on workforce scalability and agility. ? Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives. ? Familiarity with contract manufacturing and supply chain dynamics is highly desirable. ?
